In BOEF you and your friends play a group low power supervillains who try to make it big by pulling off daring heists, all while trying to evade the police and superheroes!

BOEF is a hack of the DURF RPG by Emiel Boven which adds rules for playing supervillains in a modern day setting.
It includes a new experience system, sample good guys to fight or to evade, rules for superpowers, minions, building evil lairs and more!

Character creation is quick, fun and random and includes a d1000 list of POWER WORDS: Words to inspire your evildoers power set or gimmick!
